Prices mentioned on this website (such as website development packages) are indicative starting prices for standard scope. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements and will be confirmed in writing before any work begins. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project payments follow a 50% advance and 50% on completion structure. Work will not begin until the advance payment is received, and final deliverables (such as domain handover or website launch) will not be released until full payment is complete.
Standard packages include a defined number of revision rounds, as specified at the time of quoting. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before any additional work begins.
To deliver your project on time, we rely on timely feedback, content (such as text, images, doctor bios), and approvals from your side. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
Upon full payment, you own the final website and its content. Domain and hosting remain your property at all times unless we have been specifically engaged to purchase or manage them on your behalf. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or advertising platforms like Google Ads). We are not responsible for the policies, pricing, or availability of these third-party services.
While we take care to deliver quality work, Bena Go Digital is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any advance payment covering work already completed is non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in your individual project agreement.
